Barry John’s Pork Sausage Halloween Mummies

These adorable sausage mummies are a fun and tasty way to get everyone into the Halloween spirit. Using Barry John Gourmet Sausages, they’re easy to make and even easier to devour!

Ingredients:

  • Packet of Barry John Gourmet Pork Sausages (use their Bramley Apple flavour)
  • Packet of ready-made pastry
  • Egg for glazing (optional)
  • Googly eyes (non-edible – for decoration only)

Method:

  1. Remove skins from the Bramley Apple sausages.
  2. Roll out the pastry and cut into thin strips. Wrap each sausage, leaving small gaps so it looks like a mummy bandage.
  3. Place on a lined baking tray, glaze with egg wash, and bake until golden and cooked through.
  4. Decorate with googly eyes and serve immediately.
