We opened our Irish Sushi-Mania business in January 2021 in persuit of creating quirky, Irish, outstanding fresh sushi and condiments.  Our aim is to only source 100% Irish and locally grown fresh produce wherever possible.  We are incorporating well known Irish brands such as Clonakilty pudding and Ballymaloe relish into our products.  Daily handrolled sushi, fresh, innovative and seasonal.

Trading Wednesday till Sunday from 12pm until 10pm from our production kitchen in the Virginia Show Centre.

We are happy to host any food events to showcase Irish, locally grown beef and vegetables and to incorporate this into the new sushi market.  Where Japanese culture meets Irish ingredients.
