Founder of Barry John Sausages, Barry Crowe has created award-winning sausages which are made using 75% Irish pork meat and as many locally sourced products as possible. Today the team hand-make and hand-pack each of the gourmet sausages.

Lynda Boylan, the manager of The Courtroom Restaurant, Cabra Castle was the well-deserved winner of the Best Restaurant Manager.

Best Restaurant: Macnean House & Restaurant

The award-winning restaurant is managed by Chef / Proprietor Neven Maguire and his wife Amelda. This restaurant has always had a strong reputation for culinary excellence and as a result, there is a waiting list for reservations.
