Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and grease a baking sheet.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Add the buttermilk and stir until the dough comes together.

- Shape the dough into a round loaf and place it on the greased baking sheet.
- Use a sharp knife to cut a deep cross in the top of the loaf.

- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 bottle of Guinness beer
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 bay leaves

- 2 tbsp. olive oil
Instructions:
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the beef and brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove the beef from the pot and set aside.
- Add the onions and garlic to the pot and cook until softened, about 3-5 minutes.
- Stir in the tomato paste and cook for another minute.
- Add the beef broth, Guinness beer, Worcestershire sauce, bay leaves, salt, and pepper.

Shepherd’s Pie
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. ground beef or lamb
- 1 onion, diced
- 2-3 carrots, peeled and diced
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 3-4 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a 9-inch baking dish.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef or lamb over medium-high heat.
- Add the onions and carrots and cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the frozen peas, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Transfer the meat mixture to the greased baking dish.
- In a separate pot, boil the diced potatoes until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and mash them with the butter and milk until smooth.
- Spread the mashed potatoes over the meat mixture, making sure to cover it completely.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the mashed potatoes are golden brown and crispy.

Ingredients:
- 1 box brownie mix
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup water

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, vegetable oil, water, Irish cream liqueur, and eggs.
- Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean.
- Let the brownies cool before slicing into squares.
- Dust with powdered sugar, if desired, and serve.
