Together is always better and spreading the word on our rich food and drinks landscape has just become a lot easier with the addition of three new members to the Created in Cavan network this September. Café Nua in Belturbet, Muff Honey outside Kingscourt and Nomad Coffee in Baileboro have all come on board as members of Created in Cavan to highlight their offering and promote Cavan as a food destination.
Located in the heart of beautiful Belturbet, Café Nua joins several other members of Created in Cavan in Belturbet. The Castle Gastro Bar and McGurrens Artisan butcher are situated right beside Café Nua and they all share a love for promoting local food and drinks. Vita Blauberga and Inta Dokereva are your hosts at this popular café that opened in 2020 in the heart of Belturbet.
Everything served is made and prepared on site using only the highest quality local ingredients. They offer a wide range of homemade cakes, pastries, and sweet treats. They also specialise in custom made cakes and treat boxes for special occasions. Add it to you bucket list of great places to visit in Cavan for breakfast or lunch!

Alain is dedicated to working with nature and his Instagram feed is full of pollinator friendly tips for you garden and how you can do your bit for biodiversity.
Alain sells his honey through an honesty box at his apiary in Muff and you will also find him at plenty of markets in the Cavan area.
Like so many other businesses that are still thriving, Nomad Coffee was started during Covid to supply the people of Baileboro with beautiful coffee. Stephanie Rahill and her partner David O’Gorman are your hosts at this coffee stop located in a warehouse on Adelaide Road in the town.
