Charlene produces seed, fruit, and nut slices as well as energy balls.  The business was born in 2016 when Charlene found it difficult to get a satisfying healthy snack to give her the energy she needed, so she began to make my own.

To keep you hydrated during the day have a bottle of Cordial from Mary Ellen’s Meadow in the house. The Cottage market in West Cavan is a treasure throve of local healthy delights on the first Saturday of every month. Bring your shopping list and fill the boot with as much local produce as you can.

The Local Greenbox in Cavan is a weekly food box supplied by an enterprising group of local growers and artisan food producers in the County. Their producers supply the box with seasonal, ethically grown food such as organically grown salads and veg, ferments, preserves, eggs, honey, and organic meat.
