Barry John Gourmet Sausages

Known as the Willy Wonka of sausages, Barry is a 2nd generation artisan Butcher from Cavan Town. Barry and his team are dedicated to producing high quality gourmet sausages, they still hand make and hand pack each of the sausages. Some of the flavours include caramelised red onion sausages, spice bag sausages, bacon and cabbage sausages, chocolate chip and so much more. Corleggy Cheeses

Handmade from wholly natural ingredients, Corleggy cheeses are in a class of their own in Ireland. In fact, they recently ranked in the top 2% of world cheeses at the World cheese awards. They produce the finest quality Raw milk cheeses from locally grazed herds of goats, sheep’s and cows. All their cheeses are handmade into hard and soft cheeses, which mature for at least 3 months. Choose from their goat’s cheese, cows cheese, sheeps cheese and even their Port Jelly. You will find them at the Temple Bar food market, Kilruddery Market or Dun Laoghaire Market. Drummully Boxty

Since 1983, Paul and Nan Farrelly have been making the delicious Irish favourite Boxty on Drummully farm in Killeshandra, Co Cavan. Boxty is a family favourite all around Cavan and the border counties. Who remembers the rhyme “Boxty on the griddle; boxty on the pan. If you can’t make boxty, you’ll never get a man!” Lucky for us we don’t have to make it these days! We can just buy it from Paul and Nan!. Choose from Drummully Boxty Dumplings or Drummully Pan Boxty. This is the perfect addition to any meal or enjoyed as a bread alternative. You will find this savoury delight in all Iceland stores in Ireland as well as most Supervalu and Centra stores.

Fitzpatricks Gourmet Ketchup

Franks Fitzpatrick, from Shercock in County Cavan produces three different products – a gourmet tomato ketchup, a barbecue marinade, and smoked barbecue sauce – the latter of which was awarded gold at the Blas na hEireann awards in 2020. Frank brings traditional cooking blended with ‘just a splash’ of Irish Poitín to a distinctive range of quality artisan ketchups. You will find his delicious sauces in SuperValu’s across Cavan and Monaghan.

Margaret’s Eggs

You will not find a happier egg in Ireland. For nearly 30 years, Margaret and her family have been 100% dedicated free range, and always will be so that you can feel 100% good about the eggs you eat. Situated in Mullagh, County Cavan, fifteen generations of the Farrelly family have been producing eggs. McGurrens Artisan Butchers situated in Belturbet has been in operation for nearly 20 years. They are an Award-Winning Butchers Shop serving local quality meat, fruit & vegetables. They are big supporters of local produce and are proud to stock local artisan produce including cheese from their neighbours Corleggy Cheese, Manor Farm Chicken and delicious jams from Moran’s Mega Jams. Milltown family meats

Milltown family meats is run by Sam Hill, a beef farmer from Shercock, Co. Cavan.  He rears Prime Angus and Hereford heifers on his farm to produce from them the best quality beef to supply his customers. You can’t get anymore direct from farm to fork here. The animals graze the drumlins of Cavan the way nature intended. This results in happy cattle and delicious beef! You will find Sam at his stall at Fairhill, Shercock every Saturday morning with the best quality home reared beef. The taste and quality will speak for itself.

Bake in Tukka Granola

The story began one Christmas Eve in a humble kitchen in Co Cavan, where the gift of giving started with a homemade granola with added spices that gave it that Christmas feel. After the festive season was over the gift keepers returned for more granola and from there the spirit of the granola spread to what has now become 7th Heaven Granola that we know today. The good crop company

The Good Crop Company was established by organic sheep farmer, Felix Cropp, of Corleggy Farm in Belturbet, County Cavan. Felix imports a wide range of certified organic wholefoods from around the world, including pulses, grains, cereals, nuts, seeds and dried fruit, and produces his own brand of delicious organic muesli. You will find Felix at the Honest 2 Goodness market in Glasnevin every Saturday from 9am – 3pm where he has a full range of products for sale.
